    • When will my order be shipped?

      The cut off time for us to dispatch on the next working day is 12.00pm.So if you order on Monday before 12.00pm, we will ship your order on Tuesday, and if you order on Monday at 5.00pm, we will ship your order on Wednesday. 

    • When will I receive my order?

      Our couriers usually deliver within 24-72 hours from when they have collected your order from us.

    • Can I cancel or change an order after I’ve placed it?

      If the order has been placed and picked up by the dispatch team, then it is not possible to cancel the order as time and effort has gone into picking and packing the order. Please ensure that you definitely need the items which you’re ordering before confirming the order as we are not a business which supplies to end-users – hence the cooling off period does not apply.

    • Will all of my order be delayed if you don’t have part of it in stock?

      No – Items are rarely out of stock. However, if we have a supply problem, we will send out all of the stock which is available on the next day, and will send an owing note to let you know when you can expect to receive the item(s) which are not in stock.

    • How much does shipping cost?

      Shipping cost is based upon the weight of the items ordered. As you can imagine, 20 4d characters weigh much less than 50 oblong acrylics, and so the costs for both are different.

    • Do you offer a warranty on your components:

      Our warranty covers our quality and performance when our materials are used in the fashion in which they were intended. If you manufacture plates and the end-user misuses them by drilling through the number plates introducing water ingress, then naturally our warranty will not cover this. All of our components are made to a maximum tolerance of +/-2mm, and if the item falls out of this tolerance, we will happily replace the item we’ve supplied as long as it has not been used. It remains your responsibility as the professional to check components before manufacturing the number plate. 

    • Number Plate Legislation

      Number plate legislation changes from time to time, and we are well versed in BSAU145d and BSAU145e. 3d and 4d digits are road legal (in black) for BSAU145d as well as BSAU145e. Because we supply to the sign making industry, we have a number of colour variations in our digits which may not be suitable for road use. Please ensure that you are fully aware of the legislation before making any number plates for road use. There are many resources available from the BNRA (https://www.bnra.org.uk/) to help you understand the current legislation with ease.

    • Materials

      We aim to use products which are recyclable where possible. The Acrylic which is used in the manufacture of number plates and digits is recyclable, so please dispose of your waste responsibly.
